i made some pesto tonight from the abundance of basil that is in the garden.
here is the recipe that i used.
it is excellent and super easy. it took me less than 5 minutes to make it.
i froze some to use on some pasta later this week or next.

I've made it a couple of times already--our kids LOVE IT! I won't tell Boo or she'll invite herself over for a nice pesto dinner.

Forgot to mention. ONe good way to use it apart from pasta--make a pesto pizza. Use the pesto instead of tomato sauce and use feta for the cheese. Top with artichokes, black olives and red onions--delish!
