or the paddles on the elliptical machine for now. i love to run. it really has been a part of my life since i can remember. my dad was a runner and i would go to the small town high school track near our house with him when i was a little girl. he would RUN and i would r...u...n and play and skip, you get the picture. anyway as i got older running because one of the things that i did and i really enjoyed it. not so much the distance part of it, but the experience. as i have gotten older i really enjoy the distance. not too long, but 4 or 5 miles is just perfect, and i am never in better shape than when i am running. something about it make me feel alive. so since the weather is not exactly ideal for hitting the pavement, i am hitting the paddles to prepare myself for the pavement in a few short weeks.
what about you, what exercise do you really like?
