make your own. i had a hankering for some chips the other day and we were out. but we did have potatoes. here is what i did and they were yummy. similar to a kettle chip. make sure that your oil is nice and hot, but not burned when you put the potatoes in.
use the mandolin to slice the potatoes thinly
