Combine bouillon in the hot water. Stir well & set aside. Sprinkle steaks with lemon pepper. Spray pan W/ Pam. Heat on medium add steaks. Brown on both sides. Add onion and bouillon and bring to a boil. Cover reduce to simmer until meat and onions are tender.<BR/>2. Combine cornstarch and 1/4 cup water. Stir well. Add to mead and cook on medium. Stirring constantly until thick and bubbly.<BR/><BR/>3. It's kind of the luck of the draw on whether or not it's tender or tough.
